Bryan answers that yes, they can pull the weed, but he cautions that it would be a good idea to wear gloves and keep your mouth covered. Since this is a highly poisonous plant, you wouldn't want any sap or plant parts to get in your mouth or eyes. Dispose of it in a plastic bag.
