Roger Batt asks Bryan Dallolio what types of herbicides can be used to treat Poison Hemlock. Bryan says typically they like to use just plain 2-4-D amines. They are very effective on it and they are cost effective. One caution is that amine salts have a salty flavor and can make the plant temporarily attractive to animals and livestock, so he'd recommend keeping an eye on the area after it was treated and if possible close it off from livestock and animals.
