QuickTime Video Viewing Instructions
Note: These videos have been produced with a high quality compression (H.264) that requires QuickTime 7.

You can move the video backwards and forwards by dragging the ball in the controller bar at the bottom.

This QuickTime playback software is cross platform and available at no cost.

  • For Windows 2000 and XP you can download QuickTime 7 here. For those with Windows 98/ME, you may only be able to hear the audio, until you upgrade your OS.
  • For Mac OS X v10.39 or later, you can download QuickTime 7 here. For those with with earlier OS versions, you may only be able to hear the audio, until you upgrade your OS.

These videos are set to be cached in your browser memory, so once you download them, they will show up immediately when you view them again.
